Sambuca

Sambuca is a sweet and strong liqueur made from aniseed: it is typical of Italy.
Sambuca can be served neat, after coffee, or simply as a drink.

One or two coffee beans can be added as garnish, the so-called “fly”, which enhances the taste when nibbled while drinking.
